Let’s talk money. I have a motto: “The 1% Listing Fee: When You Buy With Me.” But I want to be crystal clear so there’s no confusion when the paperwork hits the table.

This 1% fee applies specifically to the sell-side of our two-part transaction. When we list your current home, I’m slashing my side of that commission to 1% to save you thousands right out of the gate.

But what about the home you’re moving into? That’s where the “buy-side” comes in. As your partner, I’ll be aggressively negotiating that buy-side commission from the seller of your next home. By doing this, we fully optimize your savings across the entire move.

This isn’t just a “discount” service; it’s a high-level chess match. I’m utilizing my RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert), SRS (Seller Representative Specialist), and ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designations all at once. It’s a trifecta of expertise that ensures we stay strictly NAR compliant while making sure you aren’t leaving money on the table.

I’m just a local guy from Coon Rapids building mnbyjz.com from the ground up, solo. I’m a member of Wealthy Affiliate and I spend my “off” hours (when I’m not showing houses) coding and designing this space for us.

I’m obsessed with utilizing Google’s tech stack to build interactive apps and maps—like the 120+ Unique MN Map or the U-Pick Map—to help you explore the best parts of our state. I don’t have a massive marketing department; I just have a passion for this community and a decent Wi-Fi connection.

Let’s be real: January in Minnesota can feel like living inside a freezer with a broken lightbulb. The “Minnesota Blues” are a real thing, and the isolation of a harsh winter can weigh on anyone.

That’s a huge reason why I built this site. I wanted a place that wasn’t just about property taxes and square footage, but about engagement.
